I ordered 1000 balloons with logo in four different colours. The communication with the seller was efficient with no misunderstandings - I felt they advised me well - they 'cleaned up' my design as part of the service, and when the items were made, sent me some short videos showing the finished product in different colours, blown up, before shipping to Austria, where they arrived quite quickly (unfortunately with a small handling/VAT fee to pay of 12€ on the total of about 70). I can recommend them and will contact them when I next have a similar purchase to make. Great!
